HOW DO WE WORK?
2025 Tax; If you are touching base about 2025 tax returns, it is too soon. Please wait until late July so that the ATO's database has had time to update with all the needed information: https://www.ato.gov.au/media-centre/the-stakes-are-high-if-you-lodge-in-early-july
We operate via email and phone. How does this work? It’s really simple;
No appointments; When ready, send an email to rreyes.eletax@gmail.com
Information; To ensure your info is complete. See our checklist below
Completed return; This is emailed to you including pages to sign. Invoice payable via bank transfer.
What do you need to do?
Last year; Review your last tax return. If nothing has changed (personal info, income, deductions), we can lodge the same. Otherwise, tell us what’s new.
Information; Our ATO reports generally provide wages, interest, dividends and private health. This means you may not need to send us much. If it is early (July/August), the ATO may not have everything. Please keep your emails clear and succinct, e.g. dot points. Check with Red if you are unsure
No receipts; Please do not send receipts unless requested. If we need any documents, we will let you know. However, the ATO require you have kept receipts at home. If you have a lot of expenses, use our excel spreadsheets linked below.
ATO guides and Excel spreadsheets; We have templates and checklists for motor vehicle claims (logbook), sole traders, rental properties, travel and CGT. See links below.
